Dennis Favaro and Patricia Jochum’s representation of two clients, who were EEOC charging parties for alleged violations of Title VII led to a national temporary placing agency’s agreement to pay 3.25 million to resolve federal systemic discrimination investigations relating to the hiring and placement of individuals assigned to work. This was one of the largest monetary settlements obtained through conciliation at the EEOC. The EEOC issued a separate release on this case on October 1, 2021.
