Patricia Jochum Presents on the Amended Freedom to Work Act

On November 16, 2021, Patricia Jochum presented The Amended Freedom to Work Act and topical discussion to the Northwest Suburban Bar Association Employment Law Committee.  The amendment, which takes effect on January 1, 2022, significantly changes the landscape of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements in Illinois.
