Patricia L. Jochum is a partner of Favaro & Gorman, Ltd.
With decades of employment law experience, Patricia is a resourceful and tenacious attorney who believes that no employee should be treated unfairly or denied opportunities rightfully deserved. She works to create workplaces that are free of these issues and seeks to champion a better work environment.
Patricia concentrates her practice of employment law in the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Illinois Human Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination.
Patricia's experience includes advocating client interests before the Illinois Department of Human Rights, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, theUnited States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois and federal courts, mediation and arbitration.
