Negotiation and Mediation

We strive to avoid litigation for clients, if possible. Dispute resolution options include negotiation and mediation. We often will intercede on a client’s behalf with their current or former employers, if appropriate, to negotiate claims and related concerns. We are skilled and experienced negotiators and advocates in mediation. When litigation is necessary, we are relentless in advocating the rights of clients.
